Carefully handcrafted to be flexible and resistant to breakage, the Premium Shin Chasen is an artisanal bamboo whisk made without the use of any chemicals. The bamboo is first kept in a warehouse for more than two years to remove all moisture. This process is completely natural and occurs before any processing.
